The bed in the hotel was surprisingly comfortable, exceeding my expectations. the location was very convenient for exploring the city, with many tourist attractions within a short walk. the presence of numerous restaurants in the surrounding area was also a major plus, providing a wide range of dining options.
The hotel was situated on a busy road, resulting in constant noise from passing motorbikes. This made it quite difficult for me to get a good night's sleep, even when using earplugs.

paragraph: The owner, Pai, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even helping to order dinner. The rooms were neat and the wifi was fast. The staff assisted in carrying luggage up to the 3rd floor. Surrounding restaurants were convenient and the nearby 7-Eleven was a plus. one of the top hotel choices in Chiang Rai.
Paragraph: All good.

The coffee and banana offered were a good start to the day. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and the nearby tourist tram was a big plus. The staff was helpful and friendly.
My stay was ruined by the noise from the busy road outside. Earplugs didn't help and I found it hard to sleep.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with clean and well-maintained rooms that had everything I needed, including a balcony to enjoy the view. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal - situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The only minor aspect to consider is the need for improved noise insulation.

We stayed in a hotel with a convenient location near plenty of restaurants and a night market, just a 15-minute walk away from major attractions. the room and bathroom were larger than those in other places we had stayed. the host gave us a map and useful tips for sightseeing, and there was a pleasant outdoor seating area.
The overall experience was marred by the incessant noise coming from the nearby street, with motorbike noise that made it difficult to sleep even with earplugs.
